Why Spinorama?

We love ice hockey! It's that simple. We wanted a place where New Zealand ice and inline hockey players and fans could get only the best equipment with service from staff who focus exclusively on hockey. We believe that the best way for each customer to find what they want is to have staff who know everything there is to know about hockey.

Do you have a retail store I can visit?

No, Spinorama is an online store only. That way we cut our overheads down so we can offer the latest ice and inline hockey equipment engineered by the world's leading brands at New Zealand's lowest prices. 

What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.  

Is it safe to use my debit card/credit card on Spinorama?

Yes, it is absolutely safe and secure. We DO NOT store any credit card details on our server and use the SSL encrypted connection with our payment gatewayp rovider Stripe.

How can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us. Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Does listed price include GST?

Sure! The prices for the products listed on Spinorama are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but do not include any delivery charges. 

How much do you charge for the freight?

The anticipated delivery charges will be notified to you when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

When will I receive my order?

We make every effort to complete all orders within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. 

Can I return an item purchased on Spinorama?

Absolutely! At Spinorama we stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.

How do I return an item?

We make it simple. If you aren't satisfied with an item (for any reason), just drop us a line and we will sort you out. Please remember that the products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice.

What is the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, just click on this link and enter your Order ID (it was provided to you in the confirmation email you should have received) in the box and press the “Track" button. 

Can I see orders I made a some time ago?

Of course! Spinorama provides customers with access to every order they have placed with us so that they can always go back and get a reminder of what they've purchased. You can see all your orders by logging in to My Account.

What is a "backorder" item?

If it says “Available on backorder" on the items page, it means those items are temporarily out of stock but we are committed to getting it for you! Unfortunately, being a small business we cannot hold every item on stock but we work with our trusted suppliers and usually getting monthly deliveries. Our website displays everything we can order through our suppliers. If you would like to find out more about an item that is out of stock and estimated delivery times, please feel free to contact our staff.
